Deb,

I believe I wrote what you quote below.   But it was based purely on my
recall of Mollner's idea as expressed in the collection of essays Stuart
Speiser published after his Universal Stock Ownership Plan (USOP) contests
in the late 1980s.    So Mollner himself would be the best source to
consult to make sure I haven't distorted or over-simplified his idea.
