If I had my choice I would not reduce any more, the three paragraphs I 
requested to be added on Central Banks but reduce the OTC section which 
lists the points raised by David Binns so that these could be viewed with 
my responses in the COG library.

I believe that the off line comments from David Ellerman to you and me 
provide the basis for you to leave the two sentences in bold on page 19 for 
which you sought confirmation.  However, the second last word in the 
following (one sentence) paragraph requires the word "next" to be replaced 
with "previous" as you have placed this section after instead of before the 
section on the Capital Homestead Act.

I must leave any additional reductions to you.  It is not for me to reduce 
the contributions of others to make room for my own.  As I stated before 
your priority for details are different to mine.
