Dear Norm:

        I looked at the section on the Capital Homestead Act in the draft of 
the Homestead paper you sent me and did not see any changes beyond the ones 
that were in the version I sent you. If you have changes, please send me an 
excerpt highlighting your changes. Please note, if you use words like 
"monetization" kindly define them for the lay audience.Our editor, Jackie, is a 
stickler about not using "economist" or "lawyer" words unless we define them 
for the reader.
