Deb, thank you for pointing out that those quoted have an opportunity to
review what is published before it goes out.  I do have a couple of
changes.  Do you want me to redline them or copy a section and send
separately?  I will get this to you by the end of the day.

Another question: has Jeff G had a chance to review?
