RE: HOMESTEAD: Summary Article and News -with the attachments

Thanks Deborah

I'll read your documents with interest.

Great to see all is progressing well with COG. Congratulations on the new
Ford grant. It is a testament to your efforts.

Whilst our email discussion a year or two back re you visiting Australia
didn't come to anything at the time, I'm still most interested in a big fish
from your big sea visiting our small pool to bequeath some enlightenment
upon the significant number of EO enthusiasts in this country.

My interest in EO is undiminished. I am now Vice President of the Australian
Employee Ownership Association and would be delighted to coordinate any
visit from you or another US expert who may be passing by this way. If you
or any one suitable that you know of is likely to visit Australia I'd be
most grateful if you could keep us in mind.

No doubt we'll pull it off one of these days.

All the best with your many ventures.

Kind regards

Subject: HOMESTEAD: Summary Article and News -with the attachments

Dear Homesteaders:
Sorry, I forgot to attach the attachments last time.
Sorry I have not sent you much recently, but I've been busy working
on fundraising and building the COG network. Building the network to include
those who do not currently have a strong interest in employee ownership is
one of our current goals. Please send suggestions of people and
organizations you might contact for us, and any other ideas or suggestions
you have in response to the attached papers.

Attached are two articles I thought might interest you. One is a
brief summary of our discussion which I wrote for the Corporations for
Enterprise Democracy''s on-line newsletter, Accountability, which is aimed
at an audience primarily comprised of local government officials. Also
attached is a report on the current status of COG as of December 2000, and
our goals under our new Ford Foundation grant which runs from December 2000
- November 2002.

Thanks,
Deb Olson
