HOMESTEAD: Summary Article and News -with the attachments

Dear Homesteaders:
Sorry, I forgot to attach the attachments last time.
Sorry I have not sent you much recently, but I've been busy working on fundraising and building the COG network. Building the network to include those who do not currently have a strong interest in employee ownership is one of our current goals. Please send suggestions of people and organizations you might contact for us, and any other ideas or suggestions you have in response to the attached papers.

Attached are two articles I thought might interest you. One is a brief summary of our discussion which I wrote for the Corporations for Enterprise Democracy''s on-line newsletter, Accountability, which is aimed at an audience primarily comprised of local government officials. Also attached is a report on the current status of COG as of December 2000, and our goals under our new Ford Foundation grant which runs from December 2000 - November 2002.

Thanks,
Deb Olson
