Santiago -- Sounds like a very interesting project! The odds are you want somebody relatively close and inexpensive. There are public sector employee ownership programs in OH, NY (though I'm not sure how big it is today), WA, MI, VT, and VA; there are highly knowledgeable non-profits in CA, MA, IL, NC and PA.
