How goes it??  Glad to see you on the COG.  I have a referral which migh be of 
interest to you on the Irish phone company privatization.   She may not be that 
versed on the ESOP, but she is an expert at labor management relations and 
spent a year as a consultant to assist Eircom and the Communication Workers 
Union with their partnership efforts.  She has great insight in this experience 
and is a terrific resource on the subject.

The "she" is Maureen Sheehan.  She has returned as Executive Director of  the
