        Thank you for your valuable suggestion. I am forwarding it to Joseph
Doggett, our grad student who is creating the matrix, with a request that
these categories be added. I also have a request of you and anyone else out
there who sees this.. 

        The email address I had for the European Confederation of Cooperative
Enterprises ((CECOP) has not been working for several months. Do you have
one that works? The non-working one I have for Rainer Schulter is
cecop@cecop.org.
