Responding to the EFES official consultation
my opinion is:
1.
The document is rather flat and is more a step back than
forward.
2.
The term of financial participation must cover
and deal with
cash based profit sharing, deferred profit sharing, employee saving plans
and
employee share ownership.
3.
The EFES Action programme ( 30 April.1999) is a
proper base to start from.
My proposition is that a »think tank » of
EFES prepare a common comments that
all members can endorse.
